Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Software 1.0 includes the following features:
Collection - Track every aspect of your collection including purchase price, storage
location, date acquired and much more.
Wish List - Create a list of wanted items to take to conventions or keep in mind
as you are shopping on eBay. Know how much an ornament is worth before you buy or trade.
Add Unique Items - As extensive as the price guide is, there may be
some pieces in your collection that are not listed. With this version, you will be able to
enter unique items or new releases into your collection.
Password - If you share your computer with other members of your household, you can password protect your
program so that no changes are made to your inventory without your knowledge.
Full Text Search - You will be able to search by any one attribute or by a group of attributes to narrow your
search. For example if you type cat, the program will bring up every item in your database that has cat in the description.
You can be as detailed or vague in your search as you wish.
Custom Views & Reports - Using a wizard, you can select the fields that you want to see. For example, if you
want a report that shows only the name, date, and value, you can create a view with only those fields. You will further be
able to sort the order in which the data is displayed. From this view, you can print a custom report.
Multiple Collections - Separate your collection by series, display location, or storage location.
Grouping - Create your own groups such as Wizard of Oz or Barbie.
Price Guide View - Look at a section of the price guide as it appears in print.
Automated Price Updates - Update your values automatically with each new edition of the Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Software
that you purchase.
Free Product Enhancements - As users provide feedback, we will add features and enhancements that will be available
free as a download.
